Christina Huang

Manager, Learning & Development, Mastercard
Christina Huang is a forward-thinking Learning & Development Manager at Mastercard, driven by her passion for ensuring people's skills remain relevant and future-oriented. As a first-generation Taiwanese American, Christina brings a unique perspective to her role as she leads the design, development, and delivery of impactful global learning experiences that cater to Mastercard's 24,000 colleagues across 73 countries.
With a strong background in community enablement, Christina's journey includes building fascinating programs in small business support, postpartum care, and women's leadership. Her innovative approach to learning design has led to the successful implementation of diverse learning programs, ranging from self-paced modules to virtual classrooms and in-person workshops. Leveraging her expertise, she continuously strives to improve business performance and foster growth among employees.
Christina holds a bachelor's degree in business economics and a master's degree in learning analytics, which equips her with a solid foundation to drive data-informed learning initiatives. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with stakeholders across North America, South America, and Asia, making a positive impact on learner-centered education and leadership development.
Notably, Christina's commitment to making a difference led her to lead the Global Shapers organization in New York, a network of young leaders associated with the World Economic Forum, dedicated to addressing local, regional, and global challenges. Beyond her professional endeavors, Christina is a talented artist, exploring acrylic painting and texture artwork. Additionally, she is a certified trainer for GYROTONIC®, embodying her curiosity and exploration of body movement and alignment. Her diverse interests and experiences make her a well-rounded and valuable contributor to the Mastercard team and the broader community.
