THINC, stands for Technology, Humanity, Inclusion, Nurture, Changemakers, is a one-year fellowship program that each year brings together a community of 50 selected future changemakers from different fields coming from all the regions of the world.

Who are we looking for?
Young leaders and changemakers passionate about the topic of technology for impact who:
● Achieved certain level of impact in their fields, having social influence within their industry or local community;
● Passionate about tech for impact and seeking for the ways to improve society through technological solutions or igniting the conversations regarding tech;
● Ready to actively contribute to the cross-disciplinary discussions and advocacy about tech for impact;
● Coming from any industry and any region of the world, tech background is not mandatory.

What we do
Started with mostly online activities in the period of pandemic, now THINC brings to you a whole range of mind-expanding opportunities - from regular bimonthly sharing sessions to discuss and explore different facets of how technology can positively transform our society to a week-long Future Close-up Tour to China in the end of the fellowship year.
1. Future Close-Up Tour to China
Future Close-Up Tour is a special project made in cooperation between THINC Fellowship, Tencent, China International Media Group, and Communication University of China, which brings together young changemakers, influencers, entrepreneurs from all corners of the world to Chinese tech capitals - Beijing and Shenzhen.
Future Close-Up Tour provides participants with a first-hand experience of the Chinese tech industry, which is currently one of the fastest-growing in the world!
2. THINC Webinars
Through the conversations, we accommodate the needs of a curious mind to understand diverse perspectives, spark wild imaginations, examine the status quo, and take initiatives through collaborative efforts. You will find nowhere else such a group of vibrant thinkers and courageous changemakers to work with.
Our bimonthly webinars had a total reach of 600K+ views, through which our intellectual discussion has transformed how people perceive the relationship between technology and humanity. With the two campaigns we initiated for nonprofit causes, we have reached a large-scale social impact with over 3M online views.
3. THINC Voice
THINC Voice is a project dedicated to showcasing the voices and perspectives of THINC fellows and their work in leveraging technology for social impact. Through a series of insightful interviews, we delve into the innovative projects and initiatives that THINC fellows are spearheading to address pressing global challenges, reaching 1M+ engagements.

Campaign combining nonprofit advocacy with cross-cultural understanding and invited Holger, an accomplished German Sinologist, to select nine quotes from ancient classic Chinese texts, representing the spirits of different social impact projects, reaching 2M+ engagement from 30+ countries.
7. THINC Global Hubs
THINC hubs established in various parts of the globe foster collaboration and serve as catalysts for bringing together entrepreneurs, researchers, and industry experts.
By connecting individuals and organizations across continents, THINC hubs play a crucial role in accelerating the dialogue about Technology for Impact.
8. THINC Research
In-depth study of three tracks: philanthropy, sustainability, wellbeing & inclusion, which is being incorporated into academic case study and report.
IMPACT
THINC fellows are striving to create a positive change through their daily work and projects and THINC is the platform which supports them to make their ideas heard and seen.
THINC fellows work was covered in more than 400 overseas media outlets, including: Yahoo, South Africa's Digital Star TV, Thailand's "Public Opinion", Brazil's Revista Forum, Pakistan's GTV, ARYNews, as well as Chinese media such as Xinhua News Agency, CCTV News, People's Daily New Media, CGTN, China Daily, China News, Phoenix TV, Hong Kong Business Daily, Shenzhen Special Zone Daily, Shenzhen Daily (English) - the list can be continued.
